How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fee charges vary depending on the product. Detailed shipping fee can be found in each product description.

I have not received the ordered product.

You can check the details about the delivery status of products on My Page. Once your order has shipped, we will inform your tracking number by email, so if you do not receive the product after the estimated arrival date, please check the delivery status of the product by yourself. Please contact us if you still cannot track your product.

Can you deliver the product a place other than my home ( office, friend’s house etc.)?

You can only specify one “delivery address” for each order.
If you would like to have more than one “delivery address”, please kindly order to each delivery address separately.

Can I cancel after confirming the order?

We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges (changes in size, color, quantity, etc.) due to customers’ personal preferences after placing an order.

If the purchased product is defective, can I exchange or return it?

If you received a damaged, soiled, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us using the inquiry form within 7 days after the product arrives. For details, please check “About product defects (damaged, lack of contents, etc.)” in the shopping guide.

After logging in, select “Change Member Information” from “My Page” at the top of the screen and you can change or confirm your address there.
